Guides and standards references
Guides are general educational information. Standards summarized here are owned by their publishers; verify the current edition and its applicability to your project. Requirements vary by owner type, jurisdiction, funding source, manufacturer, product, and site.
Saved projects and links
You are responsible for who you share a private project link with. Anyone with the link can view and change the project. You can archive or delete a saved project at any time.
Help requests and referrals
We may respond to help requests directly. We share a request with independent professionals only if you grant referral permission. We do not guarantee that any professional is available in your area, and no professional we refer you to reviews or approves your planning estimate. Any agreement you make with a manufacturer, dealer, designer, installer, or contractor is between you and that party.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people’s projects, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.
